Rim Moulding

This process is ideal for low to medium volume production runs of quantities of anything from 1 off prototype projects to 1000 off or more.

Vacuum Casting

Parts are made under vacuum to prevent air bubbles forming in the finished part. Perfect for clear plastic mouldings, or more advanced rapid prototyping resins. Low volumes of 1 to 30 off.

Prototype Tooling

We offer severel prototype tooling methods to suit your prototype projects. From silicone tooling to GRP composite, we can adivse on the best method to match your needs.

3D CAD Modelling

We use Solidworks or Fusion 360 to visualise and create drawings ready for 3d printing.

3D Printing Service

FDM and SLA 3d printing available. With industrial 3d printing experience, we can advise on the best method for your project.
